Mel Marquis

Mel Marquis is a Deputy Associate Dean at Monash Law School and member of the Centre for Commercial Law and Regulatory Studies. He was Part-Time Professor of Law at the European University Institute in Florence from 2011 to 2019. He has taught law at various universities in Europe and Asia. He is a non-governmental advisor to the International Competition Network, and has provided consultancy services for the Asian Development Bank, the World Bank and the United Nations. He does not currently practice law but has done so in Belgium and the United States.
